None of the long T&C’s business, just simple human requests; 

1. We ask our clients to please respect your consultation time and arrive on time to your appointment. It is not always possible to extend the time beyond the allocated time please be mindful of this.  

2. We require 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment.  

3. If you do not attend your consultation without notice, a 50% fee of your consultatoin will apply.
