ENFUSE
DCC | LEO–Dublin City | TU Dublin

ENFUSE, original concept named ‘Enterprise Challenge’ by Norman Thompson (DCC) & Gavan Cleary (TUD), is a joint initiative between Dublin City Council (DCC), Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin), Dublin City University (DCU), and Local Enterprise Office (LEO) – Dublin City, which creates a collaborative ecosystem and synergy between enterprises and masters level students.
Masters students work collaboratively with the assigned enterprise on design thinking, new product/service or business development, opportunity identification and evaluation, commercialisation and innovation.
A play on the word ‘infuse’ (meaning to introduce, instil, inspire), ‘EN’( representing enterprises which are the primary target market for the initiative) and ‘fuse’ bringing the students and enterprise ideas together.
ENFUSE is about the exchange and fusion of ideas between the masters students and enterprises. The teams work together bringing their unique experiences to problem-solve together. The enterprises bring their experience & insight, while the students bring their fresh knowledge and external insight to collaborate on innovative ideas together.
This concept visualises the fusion of ideas & insights coming together. The gradient detail seen throughout the visual identity compliments this concept and the blending of two perspectives and insights into one. This vibrant visual addition compliments the clean and contemporary typographic style the logo.
